Juan and Lazaro are just 2 guys trying to get by in Havana, Cuba. They are seen as your basic bum and hustler who really have nothing to do but wait for things to come to them. Juan is the type of guy who only thinks about himself but he wishes to be a part of her life even though she hates him for only thinking of himself all the time.

A deadly virus is released in Cuba that begins to slowly change everyone into zombies. But Juan embraces these changes and decides that this is the perfect opportunity to make money and kill zombies for cash.

“Juan of the dead, we kill your beloved ones, how may I help you?”

Juan and Lazaro have armed themselves, and gather a group of riff raff crew including a transvestite and his boyfriend brute who faints at the sight of blood.

But Juan, who always has a plan must decide whether he will fend for himself or do what his daughter wants him to do most which is to do something for others not just himself.

Juan of the Dead is a hilarious comedy and the slapstick jokes keep coming and get better and better each time.
